I have always searched for the way in which the emotional and somatic root is assimilated into the human body, in adults and children alike. My practice is built on intertwined tools of multidisciplinary holism, which allows me to cross the timeline of each person consistently and harmoniously. Therefore, my starting point for building the course was the desire to share the integration between the traditional work disciplines of Japanese and Chinese medicine, combined with trauma-focused therapy, based on groundbreaking studies of the contemporary world of neurobiology and psychophysiology, along with additional ‘hats’ I have acquired over the years.

 

Bridging and connecting these different tools is made possible using a few key concepts, which consist of several parts:

  1. There is a whole, and its parts make for ‘small wholes’ – worlds which are in themselves are complete, are constantly communicating with each other and creating the great whole.
  2. The ‘name of the game’ is multidimensional and multidirectional holism and resonance: the personal-human dimension, the collective dimension, and the great and infinite nature.
  3. The existence of somatic memory in the various cells and tissues of the body, starting from as early as the prenatal phase, which guides (among other things) the ‘story behind the scenes’ of each and every one of us.

 

We will investigate all of these using both theory and practice, while traveling on the paths of “Alice in the Land of Mirrors” that will demonstrate how, for me, everything corresponds with everything else – history, philosophy, theory and practice, regardless of time and place.

In the body, we will focus on the pelvis and abdomen. To me they represent the hidden lake of the wisdom of life, the core of what I practice in my private clinic.

  3. Greek medicine – The four elements perspective.
  4. Anpuku – A brief look of Sensei Ota abdominal diagnose.
  5. Holism from the biological point of view – internal and external, the physical body and relationships.
  6. The body knows and remembers – neurobiological emotions and feelings as one.
  7. Holism through the Greek model.
  8. Holism through the Anpuku Model.
  9. Practical hands-on methods for self-care.

I have always searched for the way in which the emotional and somatic root is assimilated into the human body, in adults and children alike.
