What is Yoga Therapy?

Yoga Therapy allows for deep contemplation of all aspects of the individual, in order to support, create greater ease, stabilize and strengthen oneself as a whole.

Yoga Therapy applies methods from the Yoga world such as breathing, meditation, bodily postures and conscious relaxation, and combines them with the knowledge of Western medicine, in order to best cope with pains or difficulties experienced in both the body and mind.

The purpose of Yoga Therapy is to allow individuals to acquire specific tools that will support their well-being, apply them on their own, and thus take charge of their health in a responsible way.
